Peter Walimire, DPM

Dr. Peter Walimire is a board-certified Podiatric foot and ankle surgeon who has been practicing in Lee County for the past 15 years. In 2022 he started the Advanced Podiatry and Neuropathy Center in response to his recognition that the patients who suffer from chronic pain are being overlooked, under-treated, drugged, and left behind by the healthcare system in the United States. Thinking that there must be a better way, he ventured into the arena of holistic medicine and physical medicine, attempting to find ways to treat the most difficult cases of foot and ankle pain. It was in this research that he discovered electric cell signaling therapy. He understands the frustrations of patients suffering from complex and painful conditions and has built a practice in which patients are listened to, heard, and healed of their chronic pain symptoms. Most recently, he and Dr. Marazon have opened Nerve Pain Solutions as an answer for the treatment of these chronic, life altering problems. Dr. Walimire serves as the medical director and will see the patients at Nerve Pain Solutions in his practice when needed to assist in making a firm diagnosis prior to proceeding with treatments. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of complex lower extremity neuropathic conditions.
